Mail in Repair Information

We offer mail-in repair services for controllers, consoles, and select handheld devices. Please review the information below before sending in your device so you know exactly what to expect.

How the Mail-In Repair Process Works
    
Contact us or submit a repair request before shipping your device
Ship your device to our repair department,
We inspect the device and notify you of any additional issues,
After approval, we complete the repair,
We ship the device back to you.


Turnaround Time

Most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item. Repair time may vary depending on complexity or parts availability.

Inspection & Approval

All devices are inspected upon arrival. If additional issues are found, you will be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed. Devices with liquid damage, infestation, or severe corrosion may be declined.

Repair Declines & No-Fix Policy

If a device cannot be repaired or is declined after inspection, no labor will be charged. Return shipping may still apply. Once repair work has started, repairs are non-refundable.

Warranty

All replaced parts include a 2-week warranty. This warranty applies only to the replaced parts and does not cover labor, unrelated components, liquid damage, physical damage, or previously modified devices.
